Our nearly new Sea Watch condo has primarily been used by our family and friends and is now being offered for rent to others. We purchased the condo when it was being constructed and it has never been rented through a rental agency since we believe in making sure that it is kept in excellent condition for our guests. For over eleven years, our family has owned and rented our resort properties and we are now offering our ultra-clean Sea Watch one-bedroom, one-bath condo. Through the years, we have consistently received many comments that our condos are immaculate and the accommodations are fantastic and an excellent value. We are sure that you, too, will agree and we look forward to earning the opportunity to have you as our guest.

Sea Watch Resort is a luxury oceanfront resort located in the Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach and is adjacent to Kingston Plantation on the border of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach – it has been one of our family’s favorite vacation places. And with all of the amenities that Sea Watch has to offer, our guests will experience fabulous family oceanfront vacations enjoying the beach, pools, lazy rivers, and all of the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Located on the fourth floor, the condo’s bedroom has two double beds with a sleeper sofa in the living room - occupancy is limited to five guests in our smoke free, pet free condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all full size appliances (range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with icemaker) as well as a toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.
